The customer required these machines for continuous drilling and tapping of metal parts used in industrial assemblies. Their production planning was arranged based on the delivery schedule, making timely shipment a critical factor.

Preparation and Quality Control

Before shipment, DUOMI CNC's engineering and quality teams performed detailed inspections on every machine. Spindle accuracy, motion systems, control stability, and safety protection were tested. Each machine was operated under real working conditions to ensure performance met factory standards.

Packaging and Weather Protection

Due to the rainy and snowy forecast, additional waterproof materials and reinforced packaging were applied. The machines were sealed with moisture-proof film and fixed inside strong wooden crates to prevent vibration and corrosion during transportation.

Transportation and On-Site Arrival

On the delivery day, wet and slippery ground increased the difficulty of loading. DUOMI's logistics team carefully coordinated forklifts and cranes to ensure safe handling. All machines were fastened securely to the truck before departure.

After long-distance transport, the machines arrived safely at the customer's workshop. A joint inspection confirmed that the equipment was intact and ready for installation.

Installation and First Operation

With guidance from DUOMI CNC's technical documents, the customer completed installation and initial testing. The machines showed stable drilling depth control, accurate hole positioning, and smooth thread forming. These results met the customer's expectations for production efficiency and quality.
