A DUOMI CNC four-spindle thermal drilling and tapping machine is currently under customized manufacturing at the DUOMI source factory. This project represents DUOMI CNC's in-house engineering and production capability, covering design adjustment, component integration, and system configuration based on specific application requirements.
All development and manufacturing processes are completed within the DUOMI factory, ensuring direct control over quality, precision, and delivery schedule.

Customized Manufacturing of DUOMI CNC Four-Spindle Thermal Drilling and Tapping Machine at Source Factory
As a source CNC machine manufacturer, DUOMI CNC conducts mechanical design, assembly, and system integration internally. This allows the engineering team to respond quickly to customization requirements related to material type, hole specifications, and production process.
The four-spindle thermal drilling and tapping configuration was selected to support synchronized drilling and tapping operations, enabling high-efficiency processing while maintaining stable thread quality.
During the early design stage, the engineering team evaluated machining requirements and adjusted key parameters, including:
Tool configuration for thermal drilling and tapping
These adjustments ensure that the machine is aligned with the intended application before assembly begins.
Machine assembly is carried out on the DUOMI factory floor under controlled procedures. Core components such as spindle units, transmission systems, and structural parts are installed and aligned step by step.
Each spindle is assembled and checked individually before being integrated into the four-spindle system. This process helps maintain consistency and stability during synchronized operation.
The CNC control system is configured according to the customized machining logic, with axis coordination and drilling–tapping sequences programmed and verified during manufacturing.
As part of the in-house manufacturing process, the machine undergoes preliminary testing at the source factory. This includes axis movement verification, spindle synchronization checks, and dry-run simulations.
Early-stage verification allows adjustments to be made before shipment, reducing commissioning time at the customer site and improving overall delivery efficiency.
The machine remains in the customized manufacturing phase, with assembly and system integration progressing according to plan. Further functional testing and accuracy verification will be completed prior to final inspection and shipment.
This project reflects DUOMI CNC's commitment to source factory manufacturing, engineering-driven customization, and controlled quality management for CNC drilling and tapping equipment.
