In the field of CNC drilling, many customers' applications of hot melt technology are mostly focused on pipes, while there is little reference for hot melt cases of flat plate materials. However, the case of the gantry CNC drilling and tapping machine we show today is filling this gap.

This time, we used a gantry type CNC drilling machine to process ordinary carbon steel plate with a wall thickness of 2.3 mm and a threaded hole with a diameter of M16. After processing, the overall effect is satisfactory. In terms of surface technology, our gantry type CNC drilling and tapping machine has specially increased the leveling process, making the thread part full and clear, smooth appearance and reliable quality.

Further observation of the reverse effect, it can be seen that the length of the thread is significant, the processing accuracy of the gantry CNC drilling and tapping machine is high, and the thread shape after stretching is complete, showing a good technological level.
