The pneumatic tooling of this CNC flow drilling and tapping machine can adopt manual valve type or solenoid valve type, and the rhythm of left and right processing and loading and unloading can be controlled by the program, and the emergency stop start button can be installed if necessary.

The tooling is steel plate after finishing and hardening, and the cylinder with parallel bars can withstand higher transverse load and ensure accuracy.

The effective stroke of the Y axis of this CNC flow drilling and tapping machine is 400 mm width, which can be installed and clamped multiple products at a time according to the width of the product, and the fixture adjustment is also convenient when replacing the product.

When the width of the product changes, we only need to move the cylinder, and then adjust the lock before and after, when the length of the product changes, only need to move a single set of tooling, and then lock it.
